1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Corduo Security ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
Corduo Security provides two-factor authentication services that add a second layer of verification to user accounts. The Service includes TOTP-based authentication, SMS verification, email verification, FIDO2/WebAuthn hardware key support, and related management tools.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
5. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
6. Service Level Agreement
For Professional and Enterprise plans, we commit to 99.9% uptime for authentication verification endpoints. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. Service credits are available for downtime exceeding the SLA threshold.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corduo Security shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
